*How to Send Your Equipment*

For warranty service, include all warranty information If this information is not included, we will process your order as non-warranty service. E-mail us at ussports@bellsouth.net or call (800)842-9798 with any questions.

We only provide a complete overhaul service. No partials. We will replace all soft parts and seats.and clean and tune the regulator to the manufacturer's specifications.

REQUIRED: Include your contact information such as your name, return address, telephone number and e-mail address so that we may contact you if necessary. We will not perform any services, which require additional expenditures over $75 without your prior approval.

REQUIRED: Include all payment info such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card number, name of cardholder, and expiration date along with your signature to authorize the processing of your order.We also will accept money orders and personal checks for this service.

We accept shipments with US Mail, UPS ,RPS and Federal Express.

*Getting your equipment back*

We will return ship your equipment within seven business days of receipt. You may get rush service for an additional charge. Please E-mail us for rush information.

We ship all equipment within the continental U.S. via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

Shipping charges will be $14.50 for each complete regulator and buoyancy control device and is added to the labor and parts when the invoice is calculated. If another method of shipment is requested, the shipping charges may vary.

*Factory Warranty Service*

There will be no charge for parts if the Warranty Card is included and indicates that it is up to date and in effect.

We offer warranty service on Aqualung, US Divers, Oceanic, Tusa, SeaQuest, Hollis, Atomic Aquatics, Apex and Dive Rite.

We also service Sherwood and Mares. E-mail us, if you have a brand not named above.



We guarantee all replaced parts to be free of defects for one year from the date of service. If for any reason the item does not perform to the satisfaction of the owner, Underseas Sports will readjust or service the item again at no charge for a period of 60 days from the date of service. The customer pays shipping to Underseas Sports. We pay the return shipping.
