When will your order ship ?
Your order will ship once your credit card is verified and approved to be charged (we contact the credit card issuing bank, and verify the information on every order before charging the card). If the shipping address is different from your billing address, Please notify your bank of that alternate address. The billing and shipping addresses must be on your credit card file with your bank. Our cut-off time to ship is 2:00PM EST. If your order is placed before 2PM EST, it will ship the same day once credit is approved; if placed after 2PM, then it will ship the very next business day. If we do not have an item in stock, you will be notified via e-mail or by phone within 24 hours.
